That's a fabulous looking car.It appears to be doing a 100 miles an hour just sitting still . I'll bet the money was leaving the wallet at a 100 miles an hour too ;)

I have no idea where this designer is coming from maybe he was born 100 years ago in France because that is where these cars were designed. OH don't get me wrong They were great for there times.Even the Veron has this styling of today.Way out of reach for the common man.And only a head on shot  looks like my 32 on steroids. vette59jdwl

I don't know how you get from the hand formed body in the first post to Sheep Rodders? ??? Have you been taking HAMB pills?  ::) There's more than one bread of sheep. :o  Isn't Chevrolet a French name?  ;D

Sixball read the print on the cover that was printed on the tee shirt, I believe they are knocking the ease of building a Ford :o

I was taking it as a general thing as building cars all the same no matter what the brand. If the only difference is where the original sheet metal came from that ends up with not much difference. On the other hand being different just to be different doesn't do much for me either. I guess I'm too narrow minded. :D

some people have even gone to email and online war with street rodder magazine due to their overwhelming percentage coverage per issue of 32 fords , especially roadsters.

One year I took all 12 issues of S R mag and counted all the cars featured plus 4 views and year of manufacture.   The 32 ford roadster was shown 27.9% of the 12 months total coverage.  People whom I have met are so enthralled that they have one, even if steel repo and/or glass.   " I got a deuce !!!  ",  ya so what so does everybody else if you believe magazines editors praying at the the 32 ford church .

As far as they are concerned its the only car ever made worth owning all others don't count.  I have seen them ask for room 32 at nats events.  They are consumed with all things deuce ! Too the point of it being a mental sickness.

I read something on a site about the show, the car did not start life as a roadster but a 3 window coupe that got decapitated.

The rad shell is leaned back, looks good.  You can see the 3 w coupe in the doors as they are really long, correct roadster doors are much shorter.

Still good looking car !!!!!

I do love  my bow ties but they are not the only thing out there.

It's great that most of us here aren't so narrow minded to just go with the heard.

So was anyone else here intrigued by cars on a tv program when you were a kid?

Last week I saw a rerun of the Andy Griffith show. Otis got a car and it was a CLEAN 35 ish ford  convertable.

Oh and the German staff cars on Hogans heroes! Long and chrome

Never underestimate the power of a lubricant.

I have one Ford. It's a 1960 800 Tractor. Chevy didn't make tractors. :( Although a friend has a Farmall with two 235 Chevy sixes mounted in line.  :o
