Totally different work today as I started working on the E-brake.
I got the hand brake from a wrecking yard, cables are standard ones for a Chevy S10.
I cut a hole in the floor and drilled four more for the fasteners.

I got the cables routed pretty nicely, the length of them was pretty much spot on too.
I'm certain that I won't be able to ever destroy the adjuster, it's M12 (just shy of 1/2") thread bar,
The reason for using such over sized materials is I happened to have some M12 round bar
and a corresponding long nut.

It works, even if it's bulky
