Good job Ed! I have a hood that I was told is a '32 from the swap meet guy I bought it from. It looks like yours. I planned to cut down the sides for my '26 roadster because I like the doors and the louvers on my stock hood are pretty messed up.

gonna get holders yet .... Still need to weld on steel for the sides....

every car needs a cup holder, the early thirty cars just don't have the room and you have to be creative
to find a place to have one

Yes no room... figured this was the best location gotta have them...better than bolting one in the door.

Great idea! Am mounting two cup holders on my bench seat arm rest! Had a cool under the bench seat cup holders but wouldn’t work with the flip bench seat for storage! RoarsRods

Tighten it up til it strips, then back it off a quarter turn
