I played around with shims and 2X4s until I felt comfortable with the position and angle.  It's worth the time though as I'm real happy with the comfort of mine on a long ride.  Make sure the adjustments a right so both you and the wife are comfortable.
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

I used 2" X 1/8" flat band steel and formed two legs for each seat that bolted to the floor and are welded to the seat tracks.

Ed glad the honey do's are done and your back on the 33. Those seats look comfy  ;)  Like Tom said, well worth the time to set up for a good comfortable fit now, your back will like it later! ;D

Trying to get things done ....installed radiator so I can put in top and bottom radiator hoses and figure out what I'm going to use in transmission lines. Thought about using the Teflon stuff with the braided wire outer covering

for the tranny lines your going to want to run -6AN hose and hose ends........3/8"  Just the rubber lined should be good braided stainless or the new black fabric covered hose.    Talk to GODWIN ? to get right type.  Teflon is for brakes.

You may want to consider running an inline cooler , the finned tube shape type in aluminum mounted to the side rails.  Cuts down on the heat going into the radiator.

With that air con in front of radiator make sure you have a fan that can really pull air thru.  Fan has to work 2 times as hard to draw thru 2 units.
