That is cool 👍.
Barrowed the glue pot from work. Just got done carpeting the walls , starting to mount the front cabinet in the V-nose. Trying to get an extra hand holding this up . called my buddy, he's heading down to Zion to hike and get out of town.

Sad to hear of Kenny Rogers passing. 😢
He has some great music.

I'm making some progress outside the wood area. I bought a sand blast attachment for my pressure washer. i've herd mixed reviews but if it works it's a great option for me. Today I removed the rear spring perches so now the frame is ready to blast. I started the pressure washer after sitting for a while and I'm ready to go on the next sunny day. If it works I have the axle, springs, drums, backing plates and more ready.

Neat idea...on body panels the water might prevent warping?

I thought that too. Hopefully I'll get to try it tomorrow.  :)

Looking forward to seeing how that sandblaster works Sixball.
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Well, It didn't work today. It started out pretty well then went bad. It may be that the pressure washer pump went out. It's old I got it when I was working at Kragen before O'Reilly bought them. I replaced the motor a year ago. I can get a new pump for less than $100. It would not draw the sand through. When I put the sand in my old air blaster tank and the tank up high in the tractor bucket I got the sand to feed but there was not enough pressure to do anything. I read some things on line from happy owners of ones just like mine. I'll check the pump and order a new one if needed.

Today sunday march 23 was an interesting day.  Drove 50 minutes away to where my 35 chev Tubb is being worked on.  Took up the electric boat windshield wiper motor from Speedway also has arm and blade and found one of the dash switches that goes with it.

While routing around looking thru my parts for the roadster I found a pair of stainless steel exhaust tips that the outside rolls around into the inside, very trick. Apparently I bought this part for $20 each.  Was going to run them under the jag rear end but thought TUBB could use them more.

While talking about the exhaust I see the 2 1/4 stainless tubing for exhaust sitting on floor.  Wondering where the center X piece is and some U bends, on order coming from USA, ok.

Next wifes cell rings its our son Steve on the phone all in a panic.  Morgan my female Shih Tzu who is preggy popped one out and he doesn't know what to do so wife schools him on helping her get the babies out. We leave and start home another 50 minute drive.  Get another call 15 minutes away , another 2 have appeared.  Walk in door and now we got 4.  Since 1 pm she has given birth to 4 pups and its around 2.45.

We figure that's it, BINGO we get 2 more, up to 6 little screaming hairballs.  Hour and half later son is in looking at babies and he does head count.........well damn, now we got 7..

Its 12.20 am and everything is quiet and calm, puppy papa BUBBA is upstairs with son.   May as well take time to get good nites sleep because as they are going to get louder downstairs in living room in the kids wadding pool where they are contained.

Eventful day..........oh ya

mike...........   HAIRBALL

Well that sounds like a good day. 🐕

Whopped some a#! on the trailer this weekend.
Walls carpeted , front cabinet installed and ceiling done . Used 1/8" white hardboard.
Still have to install corner trim on the sides to help hold up the edges and flat trim the seams.

Had another quake/aftershock around 7 p.m. .
I didn't feel it since I was in the bouncy trailer but heard the house settle.
Wife said it was like the house dropped. Google said it was a 4.0

Sixball, i'll be watching when you get the new pump and trial.

Mike, congrats on the pups.

Rattiac, looks great. I used marine grade carpet on the inside of my postal jeep conversion. Insulated first and then put carpet up, ceiling, walls, floor. Really liked it.

What type board did you put on ceiling? My girlfriends horse trailer/living quarters need a panel replaced. We fixed a leak 2yrs back and now she wants to sell it. Can't find a close match yet, (actually wood panel with a vinyl white light texture to it) I told her we may have to replace it all to match.

I've been down after the hammer/dolly seasion on the Viking grille surround dent removal. I have a bow where there is a 90° bend has unbent. So studying where to clamp and get it the 1/8" back to where it needs to be.
