Spring Time Rides
« on: April 11, 2013, 08:02:58 PM »
With it still snowing in parts of the country (lucky Ghost has his in the garage) has anyone gone for the first spring time drive?  Mine isn't ready yet but hopefully someone has. Post some pics!
Tom
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Yeah we got hit again and this time it was cold, but it's mostly gone now and time for some early shows. There is a big car show tomorrow at the Lincoln tech center close to me. The guy that bought my 27 is showing it and would like me to come over for support. If I had the 28 chevy delivery together I would ask the owner if I could show it for him , but sadly it's in pieces along with  my project. So a spectator I will be for awhile.
Happy cruzing everyone...John

Last good day I got it out in yard. As much I would like to have taken  a ride. There was to much snow here. With water in the road. And salt in the water I had to pass on that. The  snow was gone but now its back. This year sucks.

Today is 35 degrees and raining but at least it got rid of most of the show that was left and hopefully washed the salt or whatever nasty chemicals they now us off of the roads. We'll see what next week brings.

I got my 38 out yesterday cleaned  it all up cleaned myself up and took my wife and the car for a spring drive. Went by a buddy's house to check  his progress and we talked about making plans to go to the coastal cruise this fall down in Miss.
