Too much time on his hands....Yard Art

My brother in law's  friend built this....Got the wheels from electric company( Spools) the wire come to them on..using a 3.5 Hp motor from Harbor freight  hyrdastat transmission from a Lawn Mower??  Boat cable shifter to transmission ,, and motorcycle front disc brake.. sprocket and chain drive to rear wheels...Run about 7 mph.....  Started out as Yard Art project  .....then decided to motorize it....  said he has  driven it on his property .........after all what do you do when your 76 years old??

Some day he will look at those pictures and wish he had that time back. :o

That's pretty cool. I would be afraid to wish for any time back in my life. It would probably screw up the time, space, continuim.  ;D
