My sons Ny. deer with a bow.

This is my sons #117 deer and his largest. He only hunts with bow in New York.10 pts.26" in side rake. It has not been scored yet.

That is a nice buck. I never goy one with a bow. I got a couple air a Ruger Blackhawk .45 Colt with open sights. I hope I live long enough to draw another tag in Nevada. When I moved here and bought land with springs and room to hunt you could just buy tags. When the draw came I got one every other year. Now it is at least 5 years between tags to hunt on my own place.

That's a nice looking BUCK  Don  i just wonder how many hours he had to endure just to get such a shot  I know i have sat in a tree stand for hours and hours and more hours  and never seen one like  that  congrats    vette59jdwl

That's a once in a life time deer...where in NY did he score that one?  Looks like one of those large Canadian whitetails.

Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Brian built a hunting camp over the line from Bennington Vt. He has taking 3 or 4 over 200 lbs. But he said this was the biggest he ever seen in his life. He had to leave the bones in the woods is he did not get to weigh it.
