Another newbie to the site
« on: January 11, 2013, 08:25:02 PM »
Hello everyone,
Names Jim (oldman2), first thanks to moose for letting me know about the site.  A little about myself.  Worked for GM for 30 yrs (Envir Engineer) (no they didn't teach me anything about cars).  Learned on my own, as many of you have.  Have had several chevys over the years (see if I can find some old pics).  Retired in 96 and moved to Missouri.  Had a 32 Chevy 2 dr sedan for 20 yrs, sold it it 97 to pay for the build of my 50 roadster pickup. Here's a few pics of both rides....Jim

Jim,

Welcome to the site! Nice looking truck!

Tom
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

I have a good friend that worked for G.M.. As a field rep.for many years. He has a truck the same as yours. With a chopped roof. The rest is a clone to yours. Welcome! Neat truck.
