to work some on the rear fenders.
The1/4" bar welded to the new driver's side fender edge piece.

The old fender edge cut away to ease replacement. The back end of the fender is fixed
to the front of the fender and to the floor.

The pie cut fender for reference, or "before" shot.

The new edge tacked into place.

The curve of the fender edge or lip looks fairly smooth and consistent now.
A lot of welding, grinding and hammering to do, but so far it looks promising.
