Quick note.
As we fueled up a bunch of military rigs passed by . A few miles later just as we reached dirt , they were sitting there. About 10 Hummvee's, an ambulance, and a BIG 5+ ton wrecker . While we aired down we saw them use one of the hummers to practice recovery (getting towed by the wrecker).
Just then that big wrecker pulled up behind us
and asked if we needed help. I said we were adjusting air-pressure for the long voyage out to Simpson Springs/Lincoln Hwy . They have a button on the dash for that but I thanked them for stopping to check on us. Very cool .
They loved seeing the 32 on dirt and we were in awe of that big monster they were driving.
We watched them head on out down a different dirt road then proceeded on our adventure.
I'd love to be able to ride in one of those bad-boys one day. I wished we would of took pics. It was a site to see .
