Holloween yard art
« on: October 28, 2016, 12:52:31 PM »
My buddy Shane and wife got their Yard decorated. I thought it was cool.  I like the little doggy in the rear window of the Todor sedan. That car burnt up in a parade several years back, (fuel tank leak) it got so hot it warped the crap out of the frame, axel tubes, wishbones and wheels.

Your bud must be a fun type of guy.....he did some work ... getting ready for the little ones, looks like he might have a good builder on the  28/29 coupe/ roadster body...

Ed he is, the wife decorates for every season/holiday.  She has fun, he rolls his eyes and  digs in. ;D Some displays are really cool.   He got that this spring(28-9). I think that was a coupe but has roadster doors, or has been capped off. There is no slot for the window anyway.

He just bought a 02 Burb that was hit light in the front. The guy wants the trans and new tires, but he gets the rest. It's a 5.3 fairly low mile, so he has decided to put that in the 48  chop top Ford coupe. His father in law has a 460E? Trans he can have. He moved it back home last weekend from storage. I'd sure like to see it done. ;)

Ed there is a bunch for sale now. Looks like fiberglass jobs going for (or at least asking) around the $30k (+/_ 5k) price. Steel seems to be around $60 plus depending how nice.

Go to     http://classiccars.com//listings/find/1932/ford/roadster

You have to look hard to weed out the glass ones.  :D  probably could have made some money on that...but i've been wrong before. ;)

Last year we did a MadMax theme for Halloween and a Bonnie and Clyde theme  the previous year . My woman went along with it but this year I gave her a break.
