Hope y'all have a good and safe 4th weekend. Geeze it doesn't seem to be 50yrs later from the bicentenial, Time flys. I'm not seeing all the special editions like 50yrs ago on vehicles and tractors. I think Chevrolet started the promotion in '74 with the "Spirit of America" series. The Impala was the best looking in my opinion. Had a gal and her daughters moved to town with one. It was the tripple white 2dr ht. Really good looking car. The Elcamino looked terrible, the Nova and Vega didn't look bad though. To my recolection, they never had a Camaro edition.
