Thank you TFoch and sammons, it's fun
when one gets to tick off things on the old to do list.

I've been working on my project every day and got the
wiring done. All the fuses are installed and everything
works, except for the dome light, turns out I forgot one
wire between two switches. Not a big issue, I'll have to
remove the center dash part at least once more anyway

Windows are installed now too. I hit my hand twice
today, trying to reach into the car, so I had to put some
tape on the glass to notice it.

Also the rear window is in, the caulking was a success, if
 I may say so myself. Fine line tape and painters tape
did the trick.

Fenders and aprons were mounted today with help of a rod builder friend. First time for both of us trying to asemble a car from freshly painted parts. We used a lot of painter's tape, cloths and towels. Surprisingly, we didn't make a single scratch.

Thats looking really good!   Congrats on puting thing back together with out scratching. Not an easy feat.

Are you going to get the body reveal lines pinstripped?

I was going to build a back seat, planning to use the Mustang back seat
cover that I bought a long time ago. I went to look for some filling material and
found a little seat that I got with the boat several yeas ago and had forgotten
about. It was white, and too small, but I thought it could be covered with some
black fabric for this season.
Then a friend who came to visit suggested I paint it with vinyl paint. Great idea,
now it looks almost as it belongs. Still too small, but it will do its job and save
me some time for this summer.
I need to have a back seat to get it registered for four people.

Some small items ticked off the ToDo list every day.
Last night I realized that I have to remove the aprons again, to get the seat belts
mounted. Two steps forward, one back.

I think I'll still have to make something to cover the fuel tank plumbing, it looks a
bit too agricultural as it is.
