As I said in another post, I went on a road trip with my brother. It was fun, but the wind noise was so bad we couldn't talk. The car ran great, no rattles, rode good, just the aggravating wind noise.
I guess that is inherent with that 1930 box design, but is there any tricks that would help?

QUESTION IS , EXACTLY WHERE IS THE WIND NOISE COMING FROM ???
WINDSHIELD ? Check the rubber top and sides if its a roll up windshield. LYNN STEEL in Denver NC makes all the rubber to offer a good seal.
DOORS ? Does your doors have any give when you pull on the back of the door post .?? If yes , can you use the 2 stage latch on the rear post to make door tighter , by moving it backwards. ??? Other alternative is go to home depot or lowes and use the same sticky one side foamy stuff that stops front house door wind and cold leakage. Do all 4 sides of the door, but make sure you not buying something that is too thick to prevent the door closing snuggly.
The doors have a SWEEPER its called , fuzzy stuff that's nailed to the inside back edge to keep glass from rattling. You may or may not have a special metal bracket on your winders that a L shaped rubber made by Lynn Steele 1-800-447-0849 fits into and does not allow water to enter the door and would also block wind.
I have some of this sitting in Rochester NY waiting for me to come down and fill back of pickup with all stuff I have bought in last 6 months.
I also ordered some from STEELE part #70-0075-57 ( channel filler weather strip ) at $4.80 a foot , enough needed to do 2 doors plus rear windows on sedan/coach.

The doors are really tight, as for as the side windows I have the flocked sweeper but not the rubber piece you described. Is it like this Mike?

THE link did not show what year Chevrolet that piece of rubber was for, I assume its for YOUR model year.
Its mainly designed to attach to the window winder metal channel and seal the top of the door against water getting into the door and rotting out the wood. Plus does a nice job of rotting out any cardstock map pockets designed into the upholstery panel. I am going to have to shorten my glass so this stuff sits on the top of the door ledge when rolled up.
It should also help in keeping the wind noise down.

My buddys model A was real noisy like that, I think from the windshield. I don't think he ever got it quiet. What is real strange, my roadster is quiet enough to have a conversation even with the engine noise at 70 mph. Maybe the noise has to have a place to go, kinda like hot air from a engine bay? I do have a lot of floor insulation.

without MUNCH telling us what he has and has not sound proofed ,ECT hard to pinpoint it.
I guess after he has done a bunch of soundproofing stuff he will be able to come back again with update on progress.

Sorry guys for the lack of information.
The doors are tight and the entire inside has two layers of peel & stick. Like Ghost said the noise seems to be coming from the top section of the windshield. I do run a visor over the windshield and thought maybe the air underneath is making the noise. Maybe I could take it off a try?

HOW ABOUT YOU TAKE VISOR OFF AND THEN USE 2" WIDE MASKING TAPE TO TAPE OVER EVERYTHING.
TRY A SHORT DRIVE WITH TAPE OVER JOINTS NO VISOR AND THEN PUT VISOR BACK ON , AND SEE HOW THE NOSE LEVEL NOW IS.
THIS SHOULD BE INTERESTING EXPERIMENT.
