Not sure if I agree with this guy....you can't drive off with iced up windows and the power steering pump growling until the fluid warms up?

When you start any engine and let it idle the oil pump should pump enough oil to feed the engine properly and not starve the cylinders or other components. I believe when pushing a cold engine you could do more damage.  Maybe new cars might have problems with this , but I doubt it.
