Well after fighting for 3 1/2 weeks my good friend passed away this morning at 3:00 am ..From Congestive Heart failure
He was doing so well that they were going to move him in the next couple of days, into a ward where his re-hab could be more easily obtained. He was getting better daily, able to walk with the aid of a walker and use the restroom ,this was very important to him,
REST IN PEACE........ My Friend

Losing ones you love is part of life. When it has happened a few times we learn that we need to cherish those dear to us. With all my heart I believe we'll see them again. If I'm right, we will. If I'm wrong, I'm happier in my belief. God bless your friend's family.

Ed Very sorry to hear about your friend my condolences

Thanks Guys for all the kind words....but life still goes on..... we made a lot of memories together
I will share one ...He wanted to do a chop on his '39 Chevy , I Was driving a Model A chopped sedan delivery which was the first chop that I did. I told him it would be kind of hard and we had to learn as we went ,he said we will either chop it and make it look good or else he would have a convertible. After about 3 afternoons and evenings, and a lot of ribbing from the wives. and they were filming this entire event we finished our job.
He still owned the car upon his death, drove it on rare occasions. He owned a trim shop, so all interior was done in aircraft Ultra leather. so now I am helping his wife sell his 39.......
