I need the right and left side running boards. Is it better to buy a new set at a place like Innovative Products or ?
Glass for the driver side window. Both pieces by the driver (not the back window)
Anyone?

I have to assume your talking about a 1933 Chevrolet master series CA, pair of running boards. ?? Who is Innovative Products, never heard of them.
Are you looking for original steel running boards or fiberglass. ?
Are you looking for smooooooothie running boards. ?

If you can afford the reproduction steel boards I would defiantly go that way over glass since the rest of the car is steel.

only repo running boards i know of , are the glass smoothie style, if steel smoothies are available, who makes them.?????
The correct style running board rubber , to glue to them for 33 master only, is made by IandIreproductions in California.
Not sure if anybody on this site has any boards for sale for 33 masters. ????
Have not seen any on ebay for a while.

Thanks for the replies.
I found innovative on Ebay and it seems like a good price for a pair of running boards.

found them on ebay..........problem is they did not show anything for 1933 or 1934 or 1935 Chevrolet. From the looks of their product listing on ebay , would appear to be pretty good quality. They probably do not have the patterns for the 33--35 rb's I imagine if they did they would make a lot of sales.

Just my two cents but I also think steel runningboards if the car is steel. As far as the glass, how about a local glass shop, that's what I did. But, if you like ebay, I think there are a couple vendors there who sell glass.

Mike, I thought about calling them and asking specifically for a 1933. What's the worst they can say? "No and we hate you and never call us again." That's not that bad. :)
I agree steel is the way to go on this car.

Originally back in 1972 I bought glass running boards, rear fenders and gas tank cover panel..........ran them until 1980 when I swapped them out for steel. Took me those 8 years to acquire all those steel parts. 2 years ago I refinished and painted front fenders I had acquired back in the 80's .
It takes time to locate quality steel parts, altho a 33 board I believe is on ebay at $ XXX right now. The stuff is out there you just have to search ebay and then have them save the search and they will email you if a single or pair come up. Any repo boards offered will only be smoothie style and repo mats would have to be glued to them, rather than attached thru the metal plate stock system. Either way is good.
After having this car since 1970 , something I would never think would appear on ebay did , a pair of 34-35 running boards New Old Stock. Were not cheap, but at $80 per hour to repair a clapped out pair, its cheaper this way. All depends on your skill level as to what you can do in repairs, to keep costs down.
