Is anyone running smooth running boards with step plates?  How do you like them?  Where did you get them?  Do you have pictures?

I have a set that I plan on putting on my 32, I got the from Wheels of Time a few years ago. I can post some pictures if you would like.  I'm also thinking of using some 1/2 round stainless steel stock and putting three pcs. on each board spaced equally side to side.

MUNCH, the trend for about 20 years with the smoooooothie look , is to just have the running boards painted and smooth. To get in and out of car, just do not step on running board.

I & I reproductions makes 30--32 origina style running board mats with special contact cement to glue them to your running boards.

I wouldn't put those aluminum step plates on anything........but that's my opinion
