Them can be tough. If heat (torch) is an option,  open the door and heat the cowl side (upper/lower) ends of the hinge and tap up. I borrowed a clamp style press from a friend and broke it, ordered 2 more, give my buddy one for the one I broke. I resoaked in PB blaster for a few more days, then broke my new press also. I didn't have a oxy/set torch to heat with. I ended up drilling out the bolts and took hinge off. Once off I could get a good backer (vise) ground down an air chisel to size and it drove right out. Problem with trying that on the upper hinge is you can't get a straight shot on the pin due to the curve of the body.

Good luck, maybe one of the above will help.

The best STUFF i have used  one half transmission fluid  the other half Nail Polish Remover. ACETONE  Put in a spray bottle be careful not to get it on any paint and do not sniff the fumes. This STUFF really works  mooseman

I found a way of getting around this pin dilema . Make em' clamp on . drilled out so that the top/bottom of the pin hold it tight and using a small bolt (or 2) to clamp it down . Ive already made my first set but I dont like em" and starting on a (much improved) second set .
