Ghost,

If you part it out and get down to the frame, I would be interested if I could find an affordable way to get it.  Let me know.

I cut my cable service 2 weeks ago, it went up twice this year already >:(  The cable and my phone service are from the same company. When they disconnected, they also took out my phone. Had to catch up with a buddy to borrow his phone to call the bastereds. Finally got phone back up but my data link was messed up. I think its finally right now >:(

I actually get to work on a Chevy!  Old damage on the back panel of a '74 Nova. It was kinda hammered out and bondo'd up, right over the paint, probably back in the late 70s judgeing from the materials they used. The guy bought a new back panel but the quality was piss poor.
Stripped all the paint off and wire brushed all the mud out. It straightened up pretty damn good with just a thin coat. Now I have to fix the roof on it, somebody had walked on it, may have been kids.

Been working on this '74 nova back panel and roof. It should be a runner, has an upgraded 6.0 Ls in it. Once i got all the paint off and bondo out, I could tell what and where to straighten. Pic of the bent up back panel, it was all full of filler (and most over the orig. paint :o) I got it all pushed back out, but had a hell of a time keeping hold of the dolly.
The top had been walked on and started with some filler spread, but all that came out to straighten right. I like to never found my Vixen file, never did find my slapping spoon/file. I slowly got it back in shape and fat spots shrunk with my shrinking hammer (which is in bad need of resharpen).
I put one quick skim coat of filler over the worked areas to get rid of the file and hammer pecker marks and got a couple blockings in. Got to send her away this weekend.

A few pics along the way

Wow that's great.  8)
I wish you lived closer, I'd have you straighten out the 32.
Had a 73 nova sedan. Built like a tank. I
T-boned a Volvo in it (teen yrs) ::) and it didn't do nothing to my car.  :o
It's a shame what became of it.

I was wondering that also .  Check out the one picture of nova, has some serious size sub woofers mounted back there.   Somebody likes a little base.

Thanks fellas. Ed, Mike, under the covers is just my 'ol 70 R/T covertible and the '58 Vette.  The car belongs to my buddy Shanes mother in law, Shane's wife said her mom liked fast cars and loud music ;D  The car was originally a 4-speed but she was tired of shifting. The only Nova I recall having (had so many cars back then i might have forgotten some) was a '76 Nova Concours i took in trade. All fancey loaded, white blue top/interior, had that big padded 1/2 vinyl top, Cragar SS wheels and had an older 71 350 in it.

I got down to the shop at 6am to re-prime and block while it was still cool. The thinner they got me was of the 85 range. Got all done by noon, so i gave them a call to come get.

A good chuckle this morning. I was just stepping of my milk crate from blocking the roof when an old gal walked in. She let out a laugh and said "You look like a dirty snowman". Before i could reply she said "Don't take that the wrong way. My husband was a body man for 40yrs. He always came home looking like a black bear". All she wanted was directions. ;D

Thanks, my 66 was an original SS 283 Power Pack.  Red with a red interior.  Originally from North Carolina.  Very clean car.  My Dad was in NC on vacation and met the original owner.  It was her first new car and she gave us some pictures of the first day she brought it home.  It's still around somewhere up here in New England.
