1932 Chevy
« on: March 09, 2014, 04:27:00 PM »
Hello from N. Iowa. I own and drive a 32 Chevy  2 door sedan. I have been driving this thing for years now and am just getting around to putting an interior in it. Years ago I put it together and took it for a drive and never finished the car. A couple years ago , I was building a 31 Chevy 3 window , had it in the roller stage. Sold it to Wally on here to finance an auto upholstery venture. Kind of miss the car, but now can do my own upholstery job. I also own and drive a 48 Studebaker M truck as well as a 31 Studebaker 5 window that is my current project. I have a soft spot for the old Chevys and am always looking for my next Chevy project. Cant seem to post pics, will keep trying. Later, Dennis

Hi Dennis,
Welcome from New Hampshire.  I hope you enjoy the site and we should be able to get the picture upload problem solved.  There's a good group of guys on here with lots of info.  We can always use an interior guys to help us too.
Tom
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Hello, I was able to get the pic up on the practice page but not on the real forum. Still playing with it. As far as the car goes, it's is a 32 sedan with Heidt Super ride IFS on the front, Ford 9" ( Lincoln Versaille ) on the rear , 4 wheel disc brakes, 350/350 drive train. home built in my garage. Thanks for looking, Dennis

Welcome, I have a 1930 Coach and just started making panels for future upholstery.  No idea of what I am doing, any help would be appreciated.

Good to have you and welcome to an awesome site.

Welcome aboard I have a few projects one of which is a 32 chevy deluxe roadster. It has been to cold here to keep the garage heated  so we have been out skidoing and ice fishing. It is warming up today but i don't want to get my hopes up.This has been the longest winter that i can remember in many a year.Today I took my lowrider out of the garage because uncle John cam home from Florida early, crazy guy.I will have to take a pic of it out there in the snow.First time its ever seen snow other than up in the mountains at Flagstaff. To post pic's set you pics to desktop or a special folder remember the number of the photoes click on attachments and other options click choose file click on the file where your pictures are you are allowed four pics per post click on more attachments to get to post pic number two and so one for 4 Wayner. When finished click on POST
