fender is getting there, good work so far.  Getting the break in the side bead done right ,  is critical to strength of the repair.  Make sure metal doesn't get thin and unworkable.

Good to see pictures of a repair sequence .

Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Looking good! Keep at it. A little fiberglass work may be in order.
Tighten it up til it strips, then back it off a quarter turn

Same setup as on my 33 (back in storage)...even the tail pipe extensions look the same. Those are chrome Harley tips on mine.

Will need to brace up the center of the tail-pan...it has a lot of flex.

Thanks for the kind words ..been doing all of the body work by hand...need to run power to my compressor so I can use my air tools .....
Got to make mounting holes for tail light stand on the passenger fender..I figured  I would make a template from the drivers side and flip it over for the passenger side....any better suggestions??                                                            Got my LED tail lights in and look great and the fit is perfect on Chevi-shop (Greg Coleman's) tail light stand that he makes.

That is closer to perfect the anything I own!  :)
