Guess I celebrated too soon. The po455 code came on yesterday morning and this morning also 🤨.
States a large evap leak.  Been looking at videos,  I have a few things to check out including a purge valve that people install upside-down.
Gonna let it go for a bit and switch to the fuel pump on the jeep.

Well it's a large evap leak...should be easy to isolate with a smoker.  There are a lot of videos showing how to make a smoker also. Up here the filler neck gets rotted and leaks....fuel caps are the first/easiest item to check.  Look for rust around the filler neck where the cap rubber contacts it.   You mentioned a new fuel pump...if it was for this vehicle and it is an internal tank pump...did you get a good seal?

Thanks Ed, I really enjoy this site and the good people here.
 I  finished the winch connections from the battery to the master switch done and the electric cables run to the rear of the truck. No time tomorrow there's grandsons' baseball to watch. Sunday I'll run the front cables. I'm still waiting on the front hitch to ship. It's been on backorder for several weeks. Some pictures soon.

I finished the wiring for the winch today and tried it out by moving a '90 S Suburban a few feet further than my tractor would a few years ago. I spooled out all but the east wrap on the spool and winched the pickup back the the Suburban to tighten the cable and see how neatly it spooled. It did well. Not the fastest but it didn't hesitate. It is heavy and I can see than moving it from front to rear or installing it in a spot so steep that I would need it might be a problem. I have a synthetic rope and an aluminum fairlead that will save twenty + pounds which will help.
The power leads tuck away out of site and the remote works great. This will help with some projects around the place like the Ford Tractor that has been stuck on the hill for a couple of years. A few pics, sorry for the fuzzy ones.

I like the disconnect as I don't want the potential of a #2 cable dead short that I can not turn of. The connection the the side post battery took some thought to get studs the correct length and good connections for all wiring. The red + cable with the 150 amp circuit breaker provided a huge hot area where a dropped wrench could have put on quite a show so I wrapped it with the piece of rubber tool drawer liner. I still need a shield on the disconnect. A friend of mine built a neat little DC welder that ran off his truck battery to make emergency repairs away from the shop. There is power there. Our home power is solar. I once dropped a 9/16 wrench across two banks of big 24V batteries. I had to replace it once I could see again.    Lucky it was Craftsman. 

When I recover the Ford Tractor I'll make a video.

Thanks, the last picture is the 20' of #2 cable, welding lead, that goes to the back. When I bought that kit there was an 18" option. I'm glad I didn't get it. The pickup is a 1500 extended cab (small doors) short bed. There isn't much of the 20' left over. The front harness is 8' and there is a couple of feet extra. I think I am going to build a set with the Anderson style connector on one end and jumpers on the other. There isn't much room to get to the battery and I could get or give a jump through the winch cables.

This all started because my son and I borrowed a car hauler with a winch. I wanted a winch for my trailer, and I still do. I'm building a mount on the trailer for this but I don't think I'd ever need a 12,000 lb heavy ass winch there. So.........
