 A rural Californian could not have phrased that better. Separating our people from our governments is not a good argument.  We all have the the government we allow to run things and none of them seem to be too concerned about the governed. But they keep getting elected too often by pandering the least productive elements in the population. Good government doesn't seem to have much of a shelf life.

past couple months has been about working on my 35 chev touring problems.  Leak in radiator meant trip to the  rad shop to get repaired.  Next involved a whole bunch of problems with fan to rad spacing combined with a GILMER cog belt drive for the alternator.

Interesting that powder coating stops the transfer of electrical ground, which ended up having a special ground from alt to the engine block.  After removing the stock side brackets from a junk 34-35 std radiator , which allowed the radiator to move back the required 3/4 inch to clear the steel fan.  All the rad parts got blasted and painted to match.

While changing the stock head lights with brand new chromed reflectors , installed halogen H4 bulbs using a kit from VINTIQUE.  Now am looking at some black cloth with red strip cloth covered russell type Teflon lined hose, i figure red car ...red stripe that could be neat looking.  One of those , huuum how cool is that  moments.  The rad shell grommets got opened up to 9/16 holes so russell can slip thru.  Taped hose off with masking tape  put in vice and sliced with cutoff wheel... Pushed the wires thru and getting ready to re install headlights and be able to see where i am going.

But thats going to have to wait until i get a ron francis halogen head light relay to handle the extra amps.  Plus  new high beam switch .
