I so want to believe that will be the case. I'm sure it would be if they let us vote. I am very happy that Nevada has been moved from the sure Den list to Dem leaning. The Trump rally in Reno Saturday has been canceled because of our Governor.s COVID rules. He has set down the Nevada day Parade Oct. 31 and also Halloween.
Some mothers are planning a protest that night in the neighborhoods all over the state. They are bringing their children in costumes so they can not be recognized by the authorities. They will protest door to door and residents will show their support by putting candy in bags the children will carry.

100%! I was brought up with a certain respect for this country. Period.

There is not now nor has there ever been a country like this. We have not yet lived up to the plan but look how far we have come in a short time compared to the age of other countries.I can see why some don't want to wait. They only have one lifetime. If someone wants to live under another form of government they should go try one on for a while and see how it fits. It is too easy to sit under the protections we have here and dream about the changes you think we need and not see the other changes that come with that. We are all seeing some of that now and I don't feel it's a good fit. It is amazing how well the Founding Fathers covered the bases. If only they would have set an official language. It never occurred to them. It was so heavily based on English common law, culture, and Christian values that it is weakened when taken away from it's foundation.

Well said, Sixball. I also wish our founding fathers had said "This is the Constitution! It's not open to interpretation! You want it changed? Get an amendment"

This election will make the Bush/Gore election look like child's play. We'll be lucky to know the results by this time next year.

I think you are right, Sixball. And I'm afraid that's exactly what the democrats want. They will stop at nothing to unseat or undermine Trump, even at the cost of our democracy.
