Thanks for the comments. That would be fun to work on some of your rides. 8)
Had a quick lil vacation over the weekend.
Spent 4 days in Fish lake, Utah.
Did some fishing and explored a bit. Took a trail up to the hightop at 11,400ft and checked out other lakes in the area.
I have PTSD.

Man you guys are staying busy. I wish I could go fishing for awhile, but with therapy for my new shoulder, and continuing on my 55 chevy is keeping me busy but haying happy. I did go for a ride around tthe neighbor hood the other day after a couple of setbcks , that 454 thumps real fine, It will take awhile to get used to the nose high stance. I am gonna call her SCAR TISSUE

Lookin' great Ghost!  Glad you finally got to take it for a ride.  I'll have to make it back out to Colorado some time to check out your latest ride!
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Sometimes ya have to get creative. So, how do you get a 300+lb water softener out of the basement ?

With a winch of course. 😄

I love it! But Wile E Coyote would have done it with a rocket or TNT from ACME.  ::)

I'm sure you had one or two neighbors that got a kick out it too.
Tighten it up til it strips, then back it off a quarter turn

Ghost, The '55 looks great! My son & I take turns kicking each other's butts fo selling our '55. It ad a lot of rust but we have better tools now and there are repair panels for everything. Of course ours would have had a blown 292 six.  ;D

It's amazing the junk I've collected over the years.
I'd need 5 clones of me to finish all these little projects. Some were intended for the teardrop and the 32
So far I've filled my lil junk trailer twice and probably will again. I've put a few things up for sale like these headlights I never used.
Need to minimalize badly. 😯

I know what you are talking about. The planning for my roadster led to the collecting of enough to build three more cars and only one of them is even a Chevy. I have a really hard time getting rid of stuff. I know there is someone out there looking for just what I have too much of but have never had success selling at swap meets or online. I really hate the idea of my wife and kids having to deal with it. Maybe I'll just dig a big hole.  :o

My new 10 year plan is to get the 32 done and sold, get the house repairs done so we can sell it and move into something smaller/maybe paid off.
Then I can just concentrate on saving more for retirement (if I live that long) and camping.

Also need to start preparing for a new job. My boss is getting older and he dosent believe in retiring but if he kicks the bucket im sure his wife will sell the property since she's in real estate.

New job will probably be in trucking. My dad's done it since he was 19 and so far it's been great to him.
LIFE it's a big chess game, always got to think a few steps ahead. 😉

Me  I've been helping a buddy work on his 65 Chevy pick up, we finally got to put some paint inside the cab yesterday. Painting overhead there must be a trick :)
