To hell with them Chopper! (Meaning the people who are offended)  My friend sold his '69 General Lee I built for him to a younger guy in Georgia. When he came to pick it up, my buddy asked him if he would have any trouble with it down there. He said he was more worried about getting it down there. He said his pal would be a big help along the way. He was a BIG black kid, and he thought the car was cool as hell!

I'm very much offended on the nutters view of the General Lee. Growing up as a teenager, the Dukes of Hazard was my favourite show. Every car guy I know ain't happy about it. Maybe we should mount a world wide protest.
On a lighter note, I've been talking with Cathryn on Instagram lately. She's lovely. I never watched the remake, that dumb blonde can never replace the real Daisy.

I'm much offended with the views of  uninformed ignoramuses about the REAL General Lee. He was one of the greatest of Americans of all times. He just was called on in the toughest time. They will allow statues of Sherman to stand who was probably the worst war criminal in our history. Terrorists could learn a lot from his "Total War" campaign against Southern civilians.

I'll drink to that!  The good thing is that America was built. If we could just look at our history for what it really is we could see how far we've come and better see how far we have to go. We don't need to tear down the references to the past. That won't change it and it will only cause a less certain path to our future. The story of the War Of Northern Aggression is so clouded that the whole world thinks it was about slavery. Slavery was an evil institution that was on it's way out. There is plenty of blame to go around for that and the hands of the North and much of Europe and not clean. It's too involved to do here.

Be careful where you park your Confederates, Rebels, and General Lees!
