I think that fender went cheap.  Its NOS and other than some surface rust at the running board inside flange and the bottom corner on the outside, its a fantastic fender.   If that was for a 34-35 standard I would have gone to $2000.

You have to understand that I have been thru the repair process with quality body shops at $90 per hour straight time , metal finished not bondo'ed. 

Last year I had a 1934-1935 Chevrolet metal **gas tank cover**  I paid $800 + freight out of new mexico.     Once it was Enviro Tech stripped of all paint and whatever else was under it and rust, turns out it had been previously worked on more than one time, to the point of not having enough metal thickness to attempt a repair.

The restoration shop in town FAWCETTS Motors, has the metal forming equipment and the ability to repair the part properly..........cost roughly $1600.00 and worth every penny.  If you have ever tried to find one of these in good condition, good luck, they just don't turn up very often and when they do , they go for $1000--2000.

I don't like shelling out that kind of money, hurts my wallet big time too  .

So that $900 fender NOS or NOS take off ? I consider a bargain when you look at repair costs to get one to this condition.

Door rates to repair sheet metal vary all over north America and so does quality.
