Saving your old chevy steering wheel spokes

I once had the metal spokes but the wood had rotted off long ago, so I used the hoop off a old bar stool to remake the steering wheel  for a hotrod project. Afterwards I covered it with a black wrap.

Now that is hot rodding! I'm just not in the place where I can cut up a bar stool to build a car. :o
