Shaker Village Show 2016
« on: October 17, 2016, 08:21:35 PM »
Went to the Shaker Village Show in Canterbury NH with my daughter on Saturday.  This will be the last show of the year for the 33.  It was 33° when we left in the morning but warmed up to 55° by noon.  We dressed for it and were fine.  Lots of different cars we don't see at other shows.  They had about 220 at last count.  Here's a few pics.

Few more with a steam engine that ran the laundry room.  Another with some foliage color.

Great old cars, nice old buildings, beautiful fall leaves and weather, a daughter to enjoy it with you, does it get any better?

Not really!  That's becoming one of my favorite shows and spending the day with my daughter is priceless!

I just spent 4 days and nights deer hunting with my youngest son. (30) Didn't get deer, crapy weather, lots of steep mountain hiking. We had a blast! Good enough just to have the time together and work hard together.

Cool Tom. Looks like a lot of model A's there. Cool 'ol steam engine too. If you had our weather here, it would have been too hot. 94° sunday, 101° on monday. Probably the end of that though. ;D

Yeah the show is put on by the White Mountain Region Chapter of the Model A Ford Club of America.  They do have a good showing of Model A and other Fords.

Good looking bunch of cars, and a great place for a show. 33 degrees brrr. I am sure you are thinking top, heater, and windows by now.
