My 33 3 window

Just started hot rodding my 33 3 window.Plans are a 2 inch chop and a 425 buick nailhead turbo 400 and a 9 inch ford rear.It will also be full fendered and is an original rumble seat car

Looks like your off to a great start. I've have always has a preference for full fendered cars. Keep the pics coming!!

That is a great write up for the chop! would never had guessed the steel was as good as it is when I purchased the car.

How did you remove the paint?

I removed all the paint by hand with a single sided razor blade and holder and some paint remover disk's that go in a drill .Took a day to strip the car as in the photo's will post a photo later of the paint and rust removing wheels later joe mac

Damn...wish you were closer and my Uncle..I'd buy you case of American Beer :-X and ask you to do mine!  I retired with 33 years in the federal govt and saw a bunch of pampered employees... BUT then again some really hard working ones also!

I never tried one of those wheels. I'll have to give it a try next time. Do you use a specific brand or just some generic ones?

I just bought a couple "3M SandBlaster 9681 4-1/2-Inch Coarse Clean-N-Strip Discs" and the required quick change disc holder. Need to remove the original paint on my 33....will let you know how they work.
