Last weekend we went to the Ice castles. Pretty cool to see  . If you have one in your location, I highly recommend it.

Saw that movie when it came out in '78.  Didn't like it then, doubt I would like it now

Had no idea it was a movie. I was just being clever with the title.
Last year we didn't get much snow, so the Ice Castles
never got built. Check out Ice Castles.com .
They started out some guy making these in his front yard and soon turned out a business. There are 4 other locations around the US and one in Canada.
I got to try out my new camera and brought home some really cool pics.

One of the more popular winter carnivals up here includes the annual ice castle made with help of inmates from local state prisons.
