This is very similar to a "true" story I heard in Montana in 1969. It was about a frozen pipe and the mechanic was a plumber. After he bumped his head the wife called the local ambulance company. The wife was explaining what had happened for the accident report and the medics heard her. They dropped the gurney and broke the plumber's arm. It's a simple enough situation they it may have happened several times. Wear underwear and make sure it is clean.
