Title: Wieght
Post by: munch on May 15, 2018, 06:28:21 PM
What would be the weight of a 1930 Chevy Coach with 350 and 200R4?  And what would be the front end weight?

Thanks

Munch I can't say what your sedan would weigh, but there are a couple truck scales not far from you. Talk to the scale operator first and get him/her to let you get two weigh's. First just pull on with front axel, then pull forward and get total.

We have grain elevators here and most leave scales on over night, no ticket but digital read out through window. You might check with any local circle track boys, I see there are several tracks in your area. They usually have a set of there own (4 separate scales) for setting the weight at all four corners.

Just a thought, hope it helps.

Mine weighs right at 3,000lbs with a near full tank of gas. Bet yours will be close to that.
