Most people would be so stoned they couldn't administer the test correctly.  Just thinking back to the 60's

With some states making it legal I worry about what's on the road.  If you get hit by someone that's high how do they test?  Will the courts bring justice or put the poor soul into rehab?  Lots of questions with no real answers.  Law makers (?) have not though this all the way thru with punishments for stupid actions.  What about employers?  The list goes on...

Here goes my thoughts on DUI and Pot smoking and driving.   And you know your going to see a big increase when it becomes legal here to recreational pot smoking.

MADD.....= mothers against drunk driving with all the hundreds of millions spent on advertising the dangers of drinking and driving is now including POT smoking and driving.

Lets down a couple of beers, get behind the wheel of vehicle and light up a blunt.  Make sure you have your cell phone in your hand too so your thoroughly STUPID.

my solution.....
Blow over the limit alcohol. .AUTOMATIC  one year in jail.
Smoke pot and drive to impaired status.... AUTOMATIC  one year in jail
Cell phone distracted driving causing accident...AUTOMATIC 6 months in jail, cause death 15 years +

I do not care about THEM , because they do not care about  US, they fail the IQ test .
