Title: Rear Fenders
Post by: munch on May 22, 2014, 02:15:04 PM
I have a 1930 Chevy hot rod and the rear fenders have been patched and are distorted.  I cannot find replacements beyond 1931.  Does anyone know if I can fit a 31 to a 30?

I can't answer your question ,but I thought I would tell you there is a left rear fender on Ebay off of a 1930 sedan. I don't know if they are the same but it looks to be in real good shape.

you should ask that question on VCCA.ORG in the 1929--1932 section. you will have to join the online group.

Just don't let on your hot rodding the car or you will get no help
the vcca believes cars should only be restored

joe, lots of people on that site are hot rodders street rodders , in the closet not telling anybody their going to make a street rod of their car.  Its none of their business, your a chevy lover and that's all that's needs to be shown.
As long as your not broadcasting it, who is to know.???   I was a member way back in the 70's, they are a little more tolerant in 2014.
