Title: Windshield and quarter windows seals
Post by: EDNY on March 06, 2014, 09:40:19 PM: I inquired about this last year and learned that Steele Rubber Parts had rubber suitable for the glass in my chopped 33 Chevy 5 window coupe. Have a couple of their samples but not confident that they are the best choices.

Anyone have recent good luck with any rubber seals or sources, would like to get the car on the road this Summer :-X

Post by: EDNY on March 06, 2014, 10:19:08 PM: I like the rubber style on my 34 Chevy 3 window coupe windshield which is listed at the Filling Station but nothing for the 33 Chevy. Don't see why the 34 seal won't work on the 33, I just need to shorten it a bit since the 33 roof is chopped 2.5" now.

Hated to do it...but I cut and tig welded my 33 garnish moldings to fit the chop yesterday :'(

Will do..I'm sure the rubber will work just fine.

Just tried the Bob's Classic Auto Glass link and it worked for me?
