The man setting on the running board in the last picture is having those same thoughts. What have I done. :o

Thinking if that roof line hump was removed above the driver door, moved the A pillar back, B pillar forward, fenders removed and channeled big time...you might have a project?
-
I'm sure someone had the right intentions when trying to build that. There are some things that should be left hidden, but that said there is always a buyer for every thing and a need for a project no matter how severe. some of the old projects I start with scare my friends. :o

After spending some time studying the pictures........that thing is flat out KOOL.
I can see where the guy was getting influenced by the SILVER ARROW 1933 PIERCE ARROWS, the exotics from Europe of the time , the Chrysler airflows. There is some large possibilities on these being a great build.
Independent front and rear suspension to lay it down in the weeds, 20 " Dayton classic wire wheels powdercoated. 572 BBC under the hood with hilborn style FI or set of 48 IDF webers, backed up with magnum T56 6 speed stick. Full leather interior in a nice colour using Pontiac Bonneville SSE-I bucket seats front and back.
smooth out that roofline over the drivers area. Some kinda homemade super dropped headlight bar with large ford headlights.
Oh ya I can see it now.

The Willys 77 might be a lot lighter than a Stude Big Six but it did not make more power or torque. It looks like he backed into a canoe. :o

OH. I can see it, :o but would I really want to correct all the guffaws that the original builder did to it. Hmmm Maybe not

What the heck is that!!!???
I agree, chop the top off, and maybe you can do something from there.
Ghost, you're right, there is a buyer for everything, it's got three bids.
Madmike, is the air thinner up there? ;D

That's just wrong :o :o
