That is cool, ugly but cool. Things like that need to be preserved. It really is a good thing that someone had an eye on safety. Our cars are so much safer at much higher speeds. We just got back from a trip to Disneyland (the Magic is gone). The traffic was crazy but I felt better in the Grand Cherokee than I would have in the '53 pickup.
