Have a rifle grip I designed and would like to have reproduced. Can anyone recommend an outfit that you have experience with?
Made some protoypes with a silicone mold and black resin. Initial response is very favorable so I would like to get some help reproducing them. The part weighs about 4-5 oz.

Ed,
I've been an injection mold maker for 30 years now. Although my toolroom is booked for the rest of the summer, I'd be happy to help out with any technical questions you may have about molds, the molding process, or pricing.

Appreciate the help, TFoch has been helpful also. Been in touch with a local mold maker and decided to just make a couple more silicone molds for now.
What I have is a ergonomically comfortable/working "rifle grip" for the AR rifle (A)merica's (R)ifle. It's not a pistol grip so my AR has (0)
military features
. Makes me mad because my AR-223 is a Varmint Hunting Rifle and weighs about 10lbs..it's not an "assault weapon"! Getting sick of the liberals saying the AR has no hunting or sporting use..it's one of the most popular sport and hunting rifles out there and available in many calibers.
I have a few prototypes out in the neighborhood right now and everyone likes them....may just approach an AR manufacturer.
