Well said, God bless that man! I bet the Oakland Chief of police will be fired soon because of what he is saying now and taking on the cities policies on crime.

If the police holding the drug compromised felon had not been out numbered and surrounded by by a threatening crowd the ambulance crew would have responded and taken control of the suspect. The time line would have been shortened and this incident would have had a different outcome. Maybe people in other cities would be alive and parts of cities would be standing. The crowd here has a lot of responsibility. If they were so sure that a man was being killed by rogue police it was their duty to stop in rather than film it and drag it out. If they had assisted the police it would have ended quickly.

The crowd will never help, they are too interested just trying to catch the cops doing something dirty. I'm not one to Monday morning quarterback and I'm not throwing Chauvin under the bus, he is just being used to make an example of, but when the cops show up it's their responsibility, you can't blame it on threatening crowds or slow ambulances. In my experience this incident would not have been handled like this in Philly.

Just saying that the ambulance crew decided not to respond because of the crowds actions. So the crowd has some responsibility. Secondly if I am sure I am witnessing a murder I will get involved even if it is a cop committing the crime. If I am not sure I will stand back and shut up and witness the event.
