Neat sedan delivery clone on eBay:

In my opinion it needs a back door and a rear window,......

not sure if Chevrolet produced SEDAN DELIVERY in 1933 ?
This one I also looked at early this morning and pretty sure its a converted 2 door master series sedan with glass side windows filled in and the back window.
I want to see whats directly behind me, dumb move filling in the window.
found a picture of a 1933 sedan delivery, had a feeling the body style was a carryover from 1932. Guess sales numbers were a problem for S DEL. They had a real neat brass coach light on the sides. Its right at the upper back corner in the picture...........neato stuff. You rarely see these.
For all intents and purposes what Chevrolet did was to continue with the 1932 sedan delivery body style and call it a 1933 except it doesn't have the great 32 hood with the 4 doors in the side . All the rest of the 32 design is there .

It is noted as a clone ???...I'm sure they never made one either...just thought the conversion was neat.

cannot be a CLONE, because a clone is something that is a perfect copy of an original. Seeing as how a 33 sedan delivery was a totally different body style.
In this sellers case it would have to be a PHANTOM that he / she created.

OK you win..sorry I posted the picture now..

EDNY..........Not trying to win anything.
Just stating that the seller is wrong in their "listing terminology" .
We see this all the time. People calling a convertible a roadster.. Think that's the terminology somebody is using on a new car , plastic fantastic CORVETTE.
We certainly do not have to explain that , here in this forum , I hope.

I think it' a great looking car. I built 2 deliveries from sedan bodies, and always called them sedan deliveries, and even titled one of them that way. Thanks Ed
