Hi All,
My name is Matt and I am new to the forum. I am restoring a 1970 2 door Chevy Impala Custom. I have searched all over for some parts but I can't fine them, I am looking for Front and rear outside window trim, I found some in Canada but he wanted $75. to ship which is quite pricey for trim that weighs maybe a pound. I am also looking for chrome rocker trim, and the plastic dash items. I need all the lower parts with the heater controller and plastics to go along with it. If you could help that would be awesome. thanks for stopping and reading my post.

Matt my honest opinion is for you to go to the auto dismantlers outside of the city and ask for a price for the whole car especially if it has the pieces you want purchase the whole car take it home an uncles a grandfathers a friends and start dismantling it when you are finished take the rest back to another dismantler or scrap dealer and sell it to them at so much a pound.I have always found this easier than trying to by part by part piece by piece check kijiji . com,or craigs list.org. vette59jdwl

Welcome to the forum, don't know your location but I live right on the Quebec/New York border if I can help with a shipping or drop off point to get your parts moving from Canada.
BTW: Not sure what the dollar exchange rate is..but figure that in for any costs.
Ed
Rate is .77 - so $75 Canadian is approx. $57 US....

Welcome to the site.
Have you picked up a low rider magazine ?
Them guys are all over the impalas and know their stuff. All sorts of parts suppliers in there. I think I recall a place called Bob's Impalas.
