That was interesting.  I remember junk yard picking in the late 70's and coming across a couple of Hudson Hornets.  They were cool cars!

I used to work with a guy who raced a Hudson Hornet at the local circle tracks back in the day and he would always tell me how it was almost unbeatable.He said that it handled like it was on rails and with it's two carburetors it had plenty of top end. I always thought that he was stretching the truth but maybe not.
