I think the woke folk are about to find out how few law enforcers there are who are willing to go out into the hinterlands to totally disrupt the lives of the other half of the country.

 I don't know what the 2020 census showed but in 1990 over 90% of the population lived in 300 CITIES. These are the votes behind all of the present BS. Now these folks seam to be leaving the cities they ruined and moving south, maybe because being homeless there is more pleasant.

Although Nevada is now a solid blue many of far left laws are failing in the present legislative session. Some of this is because one county runs the state with help from one other several of the other 15 have declared they are 2nd Amendment sanctuary counties while it looks like the whole state will become a sanctuary state for migrants. Several County Sheriffs have said they will not enforce laws that go against the state of federal constitutions. It's going to get so crazy I don't thing any one will have time to enforce racing or parts bans. We will only have electric cars until these city folks all plug them in some winter night. Don't we already have rolling black outs?  Elon Musk is the new P T Barnum.
