This is all new for me. Restored classic Chevy's 55-67 for the past 15 years. But always wanted a 34 Chevy.
I now have a 34 Chevy master 5 window coupe. It has the knee action front suspension. I removed the king pins- spindles. Which are attached to the knee action. I was hoping that I could find some stock spindles to replace. And try to use the same bolt in support cross member. I'm on a budget did not want to go straight axel/mustang ect. Need some insight-education on how to go about this. One question is can I use a standard front set up? If so where can I find? And could I use later model Chevy spindles? Or possibly have my cross member machined to accommodate a new king pin / spindle set up.
I'm ok with a drum set instead of disc for the front.

Was not sure if this was the right spot to post this question? Is there another location to list for more exposure?

Welcome from the other side of the state Sparks!
I don't know what would fit, Madmike may have a good idea on stock suspension. Long shot, If you knew someone down around Chetopa ks.(about 130 miles due south of you) their use to be an old boy that had a lot of 33-35 Chevy parts. He died years back but i can't remember who was handeling his estate. They may be gone by now, fella told me 3yrs ago there were still parts left?

Sparks, i found this on Hemmings Motor News. Looks like spindels are interchangeable on '34 Master with 34-38. Hope that helps.
Maybe someone can post this link. Interesting artical with interchangabilitiy of Chevrolet spindels from '28-'90.

Thanks EDNY, Sammons, and TFoch for the welcome and information. Looking for a possible interior wood kit. Most likely will end up with steel framing.
