Lol, this actually happened to an uncle of mine in Texas in 2013. However, he didn't get the slim fit casket. I never inquired on how flat he was.

My friend got drunk and fell out of his pickup backing down a muddy road and ran over himself. It didn't hurt him much. Had a hell of a time getting himself out of the mud under the truck.
