As far as the sun shell goes, the "Beast" has a reputation of never failing and is what I have in my 700. The eBay ad says that it's not the genuine Beast but made by another manufacture so I don't know how it would compare to the TCI unit but I would guess it would be just fine and you can't beat the price.  The kit sounds good with the torque converter having furnace brazed bowl fins which keeps them from moving around under extreme loads. I think that the stock stall speed should also be fine.  TranGo shift kits work great and it sounds like you get new Borg-Warner frictions and steels . I wouldn't be afraid to go with it.
