Didn't want to ignore this important independence day!
And yes July 1 for our Canadian neighbors.

A happy Fourth to all and be safe.
Nevada is a strange place it is a tender box so fireworks are illegal but are big business on the Indian Reservations. Just one idiot can spoil the day and there is no shortage if idiots.
Wild fire is our biggest worry especially on the 4th.

Had a great 4th, just low key at home. No fires and only a couple of valley idiots were busted with illegal fireworks. We could hear and almost see the fireworks in Virginia City.

Geeze, it went right by me
I hope everyone had a safe one.
My old neighbor across the street has had family (3 big 5th wheel campers) from Colo, Arkansas and Tenn show up last 5yrs running. They (and their kids) go non-stop till midnight with the fireworks for 5days in a row. It gets a bit rowdy over there but It use to be that way here years ago. Turn about is fair play
I just go down stairs if it gets annoying.

Happy Fourth everyone, just got back from my sister's lake house on Lake Marion. A few pop up storms, but a beautiful night on the lake watching the fireworks coming from Camp Bob Cooper with all the other boats. Awesome...

Well I'm late to the party. I have been fishing the last couple of weeks in the mountains here in Colorado. They have a no fire ban all over colo, but the idiots still are lighting campfires and getting busted for doing so.
